Default installing fog/driving lights?

I was under the front of my car today and noticed that there are 2 plugs 1 on each side where the for/driving lights go.they are a 2 pin plug.my ? is are these the factory plugs for the lights or not?if so how are they hooked up?do they work separate or come on with low beams or high beams?or do I need to run a switch on my dash?Does anyone have set for sale I would like to install a set as the front needs somthing other than block offs.

The 94/95 models came pre-wired from Ford. All you need is the foglights, a relay that goes in the fuse box in the engine bay, and thefoglight switch that goes in the center consule.

Thanks everyone for your time .I also thought it might be a bit of a job myself but as stated I have found that the 94 and 95 only came pre wired HOW NICE.this has got to possibly be the easiest upgrade to be done to the 94&95 mustang v-6 lol. PS, PM has been sent.
