That's a really nice car, man. I dont think I've ever seen that red/white racing stripe combo on the '99 body style before, I really like it a lot.

Thanks bro, I know I've seen some 99-04 red with white decal racing stripes but I haven't seen any with them painted on like this.

+1 stripes on the new edges are little rarer

i do agree he could use new wheels, and a drop, but with the styling of the car as it is, it looks ok with the stockers on it too. youre in desperate need of new headlights. the 01-04 smoked style would really set your car off.

id try and lower the car and get new wheels at just around the same time. i mean, lowering the car without aftermarket wheels isnt gonna do a whole lot for you, looks-wise, but aftermarket wheels on stock suspension shows how bad the car needs to be dropped.

i think you could pull off either black or white wheels with a polished or chrome lip, or chrome wheels. i would try and do something like white bullitts with a polished lip. like these:
