After picking up my younger Brother from work we were heading back towards our house and ran into this silver late 90's Integra that was turbo'd. It sounded good and the BOV was pretty loud. I noticed it had a Spoon sticker on the back of it and some performance shop name on the windows that stated his car was tuned by them. We never got to really run except from a light when he was already rolling and took off before I did, but after 2nd I was reeling him in but I shut down because of traffic up ahead. Dude was cool as sh*t though and said the Stang was nice and I told him he was hooking his car up the right way.
those are some fast integra's. my friends bro has a turbo'd integra, it runs high 9's and low 10's its pretty fast. But i think his is twin turbo'd.
He may be fast, but I highly doubt he's using a twin turbo set up. It's not nearly as efficient as a big single turbo set up on our cars. It can be done, but there's really no point.

There's a civic around here with turbo badges all over the damn thing, but from the outside I can't see any intercooler, piping of any sort, or boost guages, so either he's FOS, or he's really good at hiding it. I'm gonna say he's probably full of SHXT. People around my area are dumb. A while ago I was leaving a Chipotle and saw a Ford Contour with a BIG NOS decal on the side, AND VTEC stickers on the front bumper and a badge on the back! WTF???
There is a list of cars that I have that I would build into a sleeper, and a b16 or b18 teg would be one. Every now and then it's cool to see a fast honda.

yeah make no sense to me why people do that crap to their cars. my folks bought a 98 civic and the previous owners put vtech badges on it. aside from that badge, a rice walmart muffler and a shifter the cars bone stock.
and yes this car looked like it had nothing done to it but the lambo doors tints and the turbo stickers. i heard him running and shifting high, no bov/gate sounds either
