So lets define "Fast" as 12.00. Can it be done for 3k including the car?

im not just saying this because its a mustang, but the fuel injected 5.0 foxes are some of the cheapest cars to buy and build to go fast. for 3 grand? no, but it will happen a lot cheaper than most cars.
