Default $6000 invested, Few ?? need some Answers

Hey guys i got a question. I just got most of my parts for my 94 GT AODE. I am still waiting on a custom cam from flowtechinduction and some PS3 springs for my AFR 185 heads along with a few misc parts below. The car has a procharger at 15psi and 3:73s (if it will help judge the stall rpm). My questions are as follows
1.Can i use stock 94 valve covers with 185cc heads and scorpion rockers
2.I need a new oil pan, it has a oil level sensor in the side and its dual sump (94 GT). Where can i find one, they all say fox body and noting about the oil level sensor, and whats with this new dipstick design, and will a stock oil pan clear my 331 stroker with a main girdle assembly bolted to the block.
3. What rpm stall you think would be good for the street. I have the tranny fully build with the ALTO RED EAGLE kit, stage 3 shift kit.
4. I already have cometic HGs and new heads so is it worth buying a whole engine gasket kit for the full engine rebuild, if not what gaskets do i need other then the oilpan, intake, exhaust.
5. Last thing is can i drop the engine with headers and tranny (aode)in the car as one unit, i took them out seperatly cause i dont have a lift and was unsure if i could swing the angle enough to get them out.
I am trying to keep as many stock parts like valve covers and oil pan as i can. So if i can get a 331 with girdle to clear a oem pan that would be nice, same with valve covers.
If anyone can help me out with these questions it would be great.
Car will be driven on street and Strip
Thanks so much
Tom

yes you can use the stock valve covers with the afr185 but you
will need to grind the inside of the oil baffle down to clear
the roller rockers
