Default had any cats stolen??

Last night 4 cars/trucks had their cats stolen. There were a bunch of cops out in the parking lot, and I got to talking with them. He mentioned that lower cars like mustangs/camaros/vettes are not targeted as much as trucks, because trucks are easier to get under.

has anybody here had a catalytic converter stolen off of any of their vehicles? It has become a large problem here in Sacramento.

They are getting ripped off because of the platinum in the cats, and most scrapyards will pay up to 100 bucks for a single cat.

Everyone running O/R pipes are just doing so to prevent theft.

They've been payin A LOT more than $100. There's some places that you can actually make money buying cheap new replacements cats and selling them to recyclers, it's retarded. Your profits are much higher when you steal them though. lol

Sounds like there needs to be a way to lock them down or protect them better
