Default ROUSH supercharger

Does any one know any thing about about the ROUSH supercharger. I am looking to buy a supercharger in the near future. I have a ROUSH and want to keep everything ROUSH if I can. ALso checking for any other ohter brand superchargers that are worth looking at. I have looked at tHE SALEEN charger but a SALEEN charger in a ROUSH ?

You are in a tough spot. One problem with the Roush blower's are the fact that they are a roots blower and not a twin screw. What this means is that it is pretty inefficient and has a shorter power band than a twin screw. So, their product isn't as good as any other twin screw product. -But, because you have a Roush, there is a lot to be said about staying with a Roush blower and keeping your car all Roush. If it was all Roush, it might fetch more $ in resale value. Tough decision. I would look at how long you are planning to keep the car. If you intend on keeping it for an extended period of time, you might consider a Saleen series 6 twin screw blower. If you think you might just keep it for a coouple years and then dump it, I'd probably go with the Roush unit for maximum resale value.

Hey what year roush some of those superchargers are hard to come by. But if you want serious power you should probably go with a turbo if not then a roush charger will put out just as much power as any other.
