Default First photoshoot of my '05 Torch Red GT at the beach! [BIG!]

So I've had her for a little over a week, and she's still mostly stock but we're getting there - at least I got the tint and chin spoiler on before the beach trip! I've also got the front clears and pypes muffler deletes on there, but that's it for now. I have a bunch of Cervini stuff (concept hood, ducktail) waiting to be painted, as well as ASA AR9 black/polished lip staggered 19s w/ 255/285s waiting for me, plus eibach sportlines (and other stuff like hood pins.) I need to get that crap on!

BUT oh well, it's still a great looking car "stock" and I was pleased with the outcome of the shoot.

Thanks, and nope - just slight level adjustments and resize/unsharp mask. I'm using a Nikon D200 and Nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 VR. Honestly it's probably more the lens than anything else - if you back up and zoom in it gives you a pretty dramatic perspective, stepping the lens down to wider apertures gives you a more shallow depth of field and brings the car out even more. That car really wants you to get low to take the shots, but it was KILLING me cause the thing seems so jacked up on stock suspension (and the stock tire width was painfully obvious too.)

Thanks though! Certainly more to come soon!

Hah you're not kidding! Yup that's on my list of little stuff, along with the black billet GT fuel door, hood pins, sequential lights, etc.

I've gotta get the hood and ducktail painted/installed first. Actually I think the wheels/tires are more important, I can't believe now narrow the stock ones look! 285s ftw
