Those guys build some fast cars. My buddy Sean holds the record for the fastest bolt on 6 speed LS1 (11.65 I think). Then he put a cam in,some spray and changed it to a th400 and went into the 9's, that was on a stock short block. Here is a vid on the spray http://www.ls1speed.com/movies/jugga964.WMV

That's kinda cool. I wish I could get out of the hole like that. FWD is'nt that great for launches. Damn...

The worlds fastest LS1 is currently lower 8's. The fastest N/A LS1 is 9.3x.
