After some thought and time I went with the GT500 spoiler and keepthe GT 500 look for my Mustang.

Spoiler looks good!

To each his own, but personally I am not a fan of the GT500 decals and shelby lettering. Its kindof "poser-ish" to say the least. I mean, all you really have done are decals and lettering and your trying to mimic the gt500. Its tacky.

However to complete the look you definately need the GT500 front fascia, as i think it looks really wrong with the v6 front on there.

I dont mean to offend you, just giving you my honest opinion.

Torch-

I agree to each his own. If people thinkit is kind of poser-ish, so be it. I really don't care. My philosophy...if you can't afford it, build it.

Looks good but like they said above me, people get pissed off and might think your posing so be careful...if you do run into any issues..put the M U S T A N G lettering on your trunk lid instead..easy change.

looks good tho, gotta love the white mustangs

I agree with that mentality. I could not affoard a GT500 either. But i'm building my mustang slowly, to make it my own.

I think a GT500 fascia \ dual exhaust ... the works etc.. Would look great, as its a great look. But there is something off about just throwing the decals on before doing anything else. Kindof like the kid that slaps a Type R badge to his civic and drives around town...

If the GT500 look is what your after, I just hope you do some performance mods to back up the look, or at the very least dont put the same badges on your car...

Good luck with the modding though, and have fun, its the best part of owning one of these cars!

Believe me performance mods are coming!!!! The standard 4.0 has some power, but not enough.I am planning on swapping out the heads, installing headers, a new cam, x-charger, dual exhaust.....to start.

Looks good, But IMO, I dont wana sound mean or anything.. I would have waited with the badging till after you got the dual excaugst, Rear anf front GT500 on before putting the badges on..

i'm keeping my V6 as is except Im going to put a front and read fashia on.. i'm going to add 4.0 decales on the rocker stripe or under the pony badge on the fenders.. Im also going to put a hoodscoop on and also add the 4.0 there as well..
