Anyone good with Photoshop?

I have an odd request for a Photoshop. My daughter is turning 2 this Sunday and we would like to have a Sesame Street Cake. My wife found a picture, and we were wondering if anyone was good with Photoshop to replace the Sesame Street with Happy Birthday in the sign. Hopefully many people won't laugh too hard at this request.
