Ok so my friend moved down south for her work and I asked her about food down there in Texas, anyways she says you guys down there don't know what Fish & Chips are!
um I think anyplace in America with a TGIFridays or similar chain restaurant knows because it's on the menu.
Anyway, I'm from New England and we had some wicked good fish n chips up there...little dairy bars that were open seasonally; really good stuff. It's hard to find good fish n chips down in Florida, ftl. If I ever go back up to visit you better believe I'm having some, plus some clam balls (the kind just made from the juice; I don't like the ones with clam bits in them).
