this might be a long read, idk yet, but i need some advice badly.
my gf and i have been dating for just over a year.
when i first met her 4yrs ago, we where just friends, she wanted to be with me really badly, but this was when i was in the army, and i was more worryed about going to war, then dating anyone.
well we stoped talking when i got out of the army, and then bumped into each other 2yrs later, and hit it off more so this time, and got together.
well she was perfect for me in the beginning (isent that always the way it gos)
i dont like girls that create drama, ive had enough stress in my life, im not dealing with some catty bitch thats always wanting to start ****, just to keep herself entertained or something.
i also liked the fact that she was upsessed with me, made me feel good about myself.
shes really attractive, 5'5" 114lbs, large c-small d cup boobs, nice butt
well the first 6mths where AMAZING, best girl i ever dated.
these last 6 have been horrible.
she never cleans anymore, she use to keep the apt clean, as i took out the trash and did the "man" stuff around the house. but now she might clean ANYTHING once in 2 wks....
also ever sence igot my supervisor promotion, where i have to work from midnight to 8am, she wont let me get any sleep!
i maybe get 6hrs of sleep a day, becase she wakes me up as soon as she gets home from work at 4pm, and literly will SHAKE AND YELL AT ME untill i get up and go do **** with her!
also she will try to comand me to do ****, like ill want to sleep, as im tired from work, but she will turn up the tv super load, or shake me, or yell at me to get up and go to the store with her or w/e it may be she wants to get done.
im not a lazy guy, but she seems to just **** with me when im trying to sleep.
theres just a bunch of dumb **** she does.
she cant remember to cut off lights around the apt, she forgets about 90% of the time to flush the toilet, when im driving, she trys to control my driving, not only telling me to slow down, but even if we are going to the movies, or something, that we have been to 100times, she trys to tell me where to go, like "left up here, get in the right lane, etc" and it ****ing makes me livid, becase shes one of the worst drivers ive EVER seen in my life!
she nag's alot too, will bring up past fights, and throw them in my face out of nowhere, just to pick a fight.
so abouta week ago, i told her i wanted her gone, and that i cant take this **** anymore, we dont get along good enough to be together, let alone LIVE together!
well about 3days later, she drops the "P" word on me, thats right, she says shes pregnaunt!
i dont really belive it, but i dont know what to do now.
i dont belive shes pregnaunt, as not to sound like im dirty, but ive been with at least 35 women, and have never gotten one knocked up.
so im thinking i need to take her to a docter to prove this......
that aside, i dont know how to kick her out, im thinking im just going to tell her she has a mth to find another place to live, and ill sleep in the other room during that time, and then once the mth is over, if shes not out, i can call the cops and get them to drag her out.
we have talked about all these problems, and she understands my needs, but hasent changed anything!
i need some help with this, as ive never had to break up with a girl i lived with, and shes droping this pregnaunt **** on me.........

Judging from how you described her eariler in the post, she sounds just about psycho enough to just use pregnancy as a lie just to keep you. If you decide to give her the month or w/e, do not, I repeat do not ever ever ever sleep together. She sounds pyscho enough to put pin holes through condoms or some other crazy shiz.
But I say don't make a decision until she goes to the doc and comes home with undeniable proof that she's preggo.
Oh yeah, judging from every episode of cops (my law school yo) I've ever seen, cops can't do much about kicking people out of their houses where they've been living, regardless of whose name is on the lease.
like a week ago we had some amazing sex, where in a good mood, cudding watching tv and ****, and i decided to get on mustang forums.
well see spots a thread i posted in about a girl with a nice ass where i said "shes got a nice ass *drool*" and FLLLLLLLLLLLLLIPED out about it, got into a 2hr fight.
thats not normal, i could understand "your a ****ing jerk, dont do that **** again" but no, she was screaming at the top of her lungs (we live on the 3rd floor, so i have ppl above and below me) that im a asshole, and all this other bull****........
yea, the hole cops cant kick her out thing, i was afraid of that, because im pretty sure after 3mths of living with someone, you have to go to chort to get em out[]

im pretty sure thats what im going to do.
imma go buy another bed here soon (futon) and set it up with the other tv in that room, and get my old DVD player out, and just keep myself away from her, set up a key and lock on the door or something

time to dump this slag, put all of her **** out side ur apt door in a box and change the door locks, when she comes back, shes locked out and her ****s all there , put all her **** in a box to the left lmao
lol, yea, thought about that too, but im wondering if theres some law to protect her if i put all her **** outside.

Even if her name isn't on the lease you are going to have to pay the money to get her evicted(if she has her mail coming to the apt.) The way it usually works is you would goto court, the judge will give her a date she has to be out by, might be a week or it could be as long as a month and if not the cops will come move her **** out. The whole problem with this is, that with you living there and her living there depending on how crazy she is, she could make your life hell until she has to be out...
yea thats whats really pissing me off, because i like the place where i live.
the good thing is the lease for our plase is up in 2mths, so worse comes to worse, we argue like crazy for the next 2 mths, and then just split from there.
