I hereby request a more serious off topic section for serious conversations, since this place is currently overrun by idiots(who apparently voted me president). This section will be fore members who have been ere a minimum of 3 months so theres not trolls, and be granted access by a site mod or admin, pending approval by seeing thier current posts in off topic.

Then maybe we can have at least 1 halfway decent area for OT conversations where the threads wont turn to posts saying 'EMO!' 'FAG'
