I hereby request a more serious off topic section for serious conversations, since this place is currently overrun by idiots(who apparently voted me president). This section will be fore members who have been ere a minimum of 3 months so theres not trolls, and be granted access by a site mod or admin, pending approval by seeing thier current posts in off topic.

Agreed. But rules should be more strict in there...any signs of shannanigans and they should be banned from the Serious OT.
