YOU WILL REGRET EVER BUYING THIS PHONE

I had a fire krzr from verizon and it was awesome at first then it kept dropping calls, freezing, being really slow, etc. Then since the front screen is glass it breaks really easily. I had a bunch of cracks in mine.

With your music situation, the best way to do it is to get a micro sd card for your phone. (You do not need phone tools.)
Try to get one that comes with the micro sd adaptor so you can use it with a memory card reader. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...uct_id=9107226<Like this right here.

Once you get you micro sd card you put it in your phone. You take off your battery cover and theres a little black flap you pull up and put your memory card in there.
Then you format it under your settings.

Then take the card back out and put it in your sd adaptor. Then put that in a memory card reader. Like this one right here> http://aftermarketcellular.com/cart/...cs/SYN1045.gif
This is the same one I use.

After you put it in your computer it will either pop up in a window and ask you what you want to do with this device or you have to go in and go to removable disk whatever and go through like that.

Then there should be a folder called music. Just drop your stuff in there. Then put the card back in the phone to see if it works. It should work because that's how I did all my music.

I have a Razr, my front screen cracked and the inside screen blanks out and freezes if I keep it open too long. Crappiest phone I've ever had.
