Yes. A good population of those on the forum with CAI & tuners have the SCT. Depending on the quality of the tunes you receive (I'm not familiar with Modular Mustang Racing; the more popular tuners are Brenspeed, Bama and VMP), you should be happy. The SCT is pretty much plug-'n-play. You can also tweak the tunes but you'd better know what you're doing.

I have the MMR CAI and I put it on and it did throw some diag. codes..... to rich or lean in 2 cylinders I think. Anyway I got an SCT 2 and a custom tune (Dyno'd)from DTP racing in Va beach. I have had good luck with both and without any other mods was pushing 280 Rwhp with an automatic.
I have A ram air hood from cervinies and the MMR intake just barely clears it. But it was easy to instal and remove for work. Good luck with your setup

Yup it has an auto trans! My wife will not drive a stick! Even though it's not technically her car...you know how that goes!
That's the exact reason I DID NOT buy an automatic!!!
