Stripes..... Color on Windveil Blue??

ok guys, I have that beautiful Mustang shown to the left. it has tan and black leather interior. I am looking at having stripes added. When ever I see my color it always has white stripes on it. I personally prefer to match my striping to the interior color....so, Ford has a color that they call Gold but looks more like tan to me. Do you think that would be a good combo or not? Any one have that color combo?? Should i go with the double 10" stripes or go with the wide center stripe and smaller detail stripes on each side??

I have a windveil blue GT and I would have to say the best accents would be BLACK. Black stripes, black rims, black calipers, flat black panel between the tailights, etc. I have a tan leather interior but dark tinted glass so...BLACK!

Edit: you don't happen to live in the Chandler, AZ area do you? I see another blue windveil looks just like yours (no GT package with brushed aluminum gas cover and your tint) driving around my area. Looks like you have the 17" bullitts?

There is no "best", as what looks good to one person may not to another.
Likewise, what looks good on one car may look different on another, depending on the combination of other mods.
For instance, a black gas cover looks out of place against chrome wheels, and vice versa.
It's about what you like.
I've seen white and silver on WB and it looks good.
That being said, I'm with the person above.
I love black on blue.
I've also added more black accents to my tan interior, so overall yoiu and I will have similar color schemes.

Since these were taken I've had my windows tinted, further adding to the dark accents.
And my daughter bought me some fuzzy dice that go well with the overall look:

I've seen a windveil in my area cruising around with Deep Blue Stripes, it doesn't look too bad.

See, and here I was going to come in and suggest that exact same stripe package that Humboldt has on his. Though, with the size of the stripes, I'd suggest matte black for them. Then again, I'm a big fan of the matte black hood treatment. I think it makes just about anything look meaner.

Just for curiosity sake.... Has anyone got a Windveil Blue with tan stripes?? maybe Ford calls it Pearl Gold.....

Are those mudflaps on that stang? I have been wanting to add some...if they are.. did you paint them??

Those look like the factory option mudflaps for the GTs. They come in the plain black plasitc finish, just like the mirrors.

Anybody got photoshop that can take a pic and add some strips for me in White, black and the pearl gold (tan in my opinion) so I can see the what it will look like with those colors?? Anyone...please...

I like the white stripes on the windveil...it really pops in the sun...
