Default propane injection

can anyone tell me a little bit about this and if anyone has done it. i know a few people that have done it around me and seems like a way better deal then nitrous. any info is appriciated

ive seen propane injection for diesels, i havent ever really heard of people running it on gasoline street cars. who around u has it done? talk to them obvious they must know a bit about it. lemme know what u find out

yea, i've run propane on my 5.0 for a year or so, i kinda did a custom rig. solenoid from ebay, steel braided line from lowes, and the fittings. then just hooked up a propane bottle to the solenoid input, a hose from the output to my intake, and trial and error to tune it (not the best way) but it worked. i gained 53 horses that way off of a slightly modified 5.0 (intake , exhaust, ignition msd) if you like to tinker with engines and know how yours works and "breathes" then do it, otherwise i dont know if someone has a better way of doin this.

There are alot of people who own vipers who switch to propane injection. My best guess is to look on their forums and read on how some of the guys do it.

Propane is much lower flash point than diesel so when you are using propan injection you are also advancing the injection timing. Some people say that it car runs fast using this but it really burn out motors.

from what i hear propane is the nitrous of diesel engines. never herd of it in gasoline engines something for me to look up.
