Does anyone know which wires are supposed to have power when the wiper switch is in the off position. I would think none but the question is still there anyway. How about in the slow speed. I believe it has the variable switch I'm not sure. I know it was an option in 83. I don't have my multimeter right now so I can't check for myself. My wipers don't work that is why I am asking the question.
