Default Anybody want to buy a new shelby for dirt cheap?

I took my Lightning in for servicing and found out the Ford dealership down the street from me is closing up shop as a Ford dealer so they are looking to get rid of all their new Ford vehicles for dirt cheap. They have a Shelby GT for 33k right now and they are more than willing to negotiate, plus two other GT500's. Everything else is very negotiable from the already deep discounts from Ford, like over 10k on diesel F250's, I wish I waited to buy my truck now.[:@]

How is a Shelby GT for 33k cheap, exactly? I wouldn't pay that much for a bolt-on GT.

Did you miss the few times I put in "very negotiable"? And yes it is cheap for how much the sticker price actually is. Maybe you wouldn't buy it any day but some Shelby enthusiast might want it.

shelby GTs go for low 40's around here. 33 and willing to bargin is a decent deal if you want the car.

Ideally? After taxes, you should be looking at Coupe - 45k / Vert - 50k. But I seem to see people talking about paying in the mid50K - to 60K. Know a guy who wanted one so bad it ended up being almost 67K for his coupe. Didn't want to wait on the 'list' here in town.

Shelby GT goes for around 35-38 here, and Shelby GT500 from 43-50...then there's mark ups...some dealers do them...some dont

I was as my local stealership on Saturday getting a new key and remote for the Mustang. While I was waiting I looked around, and they had 5 GT500s, 2 verts and3 coupes. There was no dealer mark up on the window, just the MSRP price. One vert was a 07 and the other was a 08. 49 and change for the 07 and 51 and change for the 08. fd
