well today i went to the movies and when i came back to my car (2006 Ford Freestyle) i find the driver side window smashed in and my GPS and iPod touch gone[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]. they went through all my crap i found bank statements opened and other ****
why the **** cant people leave other peoples **** alone??!!!
i keep my car as empty as possible. i have maybe a couple cds in my car and that's it. and those are stashed away in my center console. if the thieves can't see what you have, they won't bother with your car.
That sucks, and that is why I leave nothing in my car. I am away from home a lot, and my car sits in a locked backyard, but it is still a temptation.
The only things in my car are an umbrella, a few pens, my registration and proof of insurance. No CDs, no GPS, no Ipod, not even any change. I am not going to leave any reasons for some jerk to break in.
i dont leave anything with value sit visibly in my car. it may not be any safer in the glove box, but people wont have the incentive to break into your car if they cant already see anything worth taking.

thats the thing it was not in the open. i left the charger cable pluged in but the GPS was in the glove box and as for the ipod it was in the back seat where my little brother left it. It just makes me so mad the ipod was like 350ish and the GPS was 300ish.
They figured that the stuff was still in the car by seeing the cable still plugged in.
Sucks man.
Also, the pr#cks watch people taking their equipment out of plain view after you pull in your parking spot, so they know it's in the car.
As soon as you're out of sight, they do the deed and that's all she wrote.
I say let's go to parking lots and embush those bastards, then shove what they've stolen, up their @sses.[:@]

Actually i would take back my stuff and then shove my foot up their @ss but it sounds like a good idea.

exactly what I do. they're gonna pick the car with an ipod sitting on the seat over the car they have to rummage through and may or may not find anything worth taking.
