Road races, Californa

Are there anyroad coursesin northern california which I can race at with no previous experiance in racing? I was looking at willow springs but I'm not sure if they would let me race. Does anyone know of any good place to go for the first time. I'm looking for something around the bay area if possible but I won't mid driving a few hours to get to a good track. Thanks.

The only one I'm aware of is Altamont Speedway. But they are not allowing any private road course testing this year....It's much more difficult to get a private run on a road course unless your a member of a car club and that club has rented out the course for the day...
