To Any Saleen Owner

I went to a dealer today to ask about how long it would take to get a 2005 saleen sc. he said 8-10 weeks and he needed a $5,000 deposit is this guy for real. how long were you guys told.

Just find a dealer that already has some on the Lot, I looked at 2 SC's and 3 regular Saleens Saturday. If you wanna special order one, it may take that long, dunno I never had a car special ordered.

could be. dealerships around here want $2,000 to pre-order just an 05 GT. i don't know about you, but i'm not pre-ordering and putting any money down on a car i'm not allowed to test drive.

Sounds to me like Saleen is making some dealer changes. My dealer I bought from (who pissed me off BTW) is no longer a dealer. Good news is, they are 45 minutes from my house and the new Saleen dealer is only 5
