Default divertor door not closing/opening

My 97 6 clyinder is only pushing a/c and heat from the defrost and floor areas, regardless of where I turn the knob. It seems as though the divertor door is stuck, but I don't know how to fix it. I have listened for a disconnected hose, but couldn't hear anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, I don't think the search feature is working right now, so I couldn't try that.

It's most likely either the blend door or the blend door actuator. I don't have any of my manuals near me right now, but I'd say the actuator is what is probably messed up.

Would you be able to tell me where those things are?...Or, what manual you are referring to?

A haynes or chilton's, but I also have the actual dealer manuals that show everything. I'm offshore right now for a few weeks and they're in my office at home,so I can get to them lol
