Default "fuel system lean" code reading??? Please help!!!

Hi all

I took my 95 gt to a shop a while ago because my check engine light is on, and it read that the fuel system is lean, and it also reads that tranmission speed sensor malfunctioning.the current mods are:full cat back with off-road h-pipe and shories, cold air intake, AODE shift kit, 3.73, and fluidyne alum. rad. The thing is that I never modified the computer for the intake and catless exaust. could this be the reason for the lean fuel problem???
Thanks

Nope..... if you paid for the diagnostics, they need to finish the job and determine what are the causes for those failure codes. Possible causes?..... exhaust leaks, faulty O2 sensors, vacuum leaks, faulty ECM, the utilization of an open breather on the oil filler neck with the PCV valve still functional, a leak in the air duct between the MAF and the TB, faulty wiring, faulty grounds, fuel pressure, clogged injectors....... they need to follow a pinpoint procedure to start eliminating candidates from the list of possible causes.
