Default what tranny is this?

I recently aquired a ford 302 transmission and I was told it was a race tranny,
anyways, I hoped someone here could help me find out what it is from, and what it is.
I think it is a 4 speed toploader.

here are all the numbers on it.

BF-D7DR-7A040-AA
2608665-6
L-14
L-04

ORION

THESE WERE ON A TAG ON THE SIDE.
RUGCK BJ13
D8URD A 0083

it also has a funky shifter on it, that attaches to some rods that go into the trans side.
thanks in advance

thanks for the help.

Apparently no one knew the answer or they would have responded. Everyone in this forum is very helpful to each other. Sorry.

EDIT:Only thing I could fing googling was that Ford makes a line of cars in the UK called Orion.

Here is a site with 4WD orion tranny

According to this chart it looks like a toploader from a 72 Mustang 351CJ or Boss, with a wide ratio gearset.

Yeah, no snottiness! lol

All I did was search for toploader codes. All ANYONE has to do is search for the info they're looking for, but you have to be patient and know exactly what to look for. Search engines are your friend.

He said the tag was Rugck Bj 13
I didn't see that on the chart. The Rug Bj1 is for the 72, but not the same numbers. I also googled for about an hour trying to find the info, but to no avail.

Yeah, the chart says RUG-BJ1....theres no dash on the tag so I took it as an abbr. Being that its THAT close to the tag, I would say thats it. Might not be so I wouldnt put my neck on the chopping block for it, maybe just my pinky....

Sounds to me that he has a very special tranny that was not mass produced. The numbers are not available on the internet.
