get the 3m clear vinyl bra. you can hardly even tell it's on.
+1
After I polished, poli-sealed and waxed my front bumper a few times, the bugs just wipe off. They come off when I just do a normal wash with one rub of my wash mitt.
buy the MEguiars Orbital buffer. then get teh meguiars clear coat scrub. and wax of choice. That clear coat scrubb will take everything off your clear coat. wax and all. it will take it down to just the clear coat, then slap some wax back over it.
using the buffer will take all of about 10-20 minutes for the whole procedure start to finish. the clear coat scrub is only effective when used with the buffer tho. but its good stuff. its also good at getting rid of scuffs in the clear coat.
put about 3-4 coats of wax on the front end, and then bugs will wipe right off. i do this on my car, and my dad's vettes. works like a charm

^^Good info.. I"m curious though, what kind of buffer do you use? When I was driving the old lady back to Texas from VA beach I accidentally spilled some injector cleaner on the side of the car and didn't notice it till the next time I stopped.. [:@] Sh!t had dried on there.. I managed to get it all off, but I scuffed up the clear coat in the process.. Not so bad that it'd need to be re-painted, I think it'll come out with a good coat of wax, but what you were saying about the meguiar's sounds like it'd work.. I just don't have a buffer..
