I have cloth seats and they are getting a little worn and i was thinking of switching them to leather does anyone know how much this would roughly cost and is it worth the money

Are you planning on replacing the seats or upholstering what you have? Are they in good shape mechanically? Here's a site where you can get some idea's playing around with different options on their seat selector.
They also have an installer locator etc. Katzkin is a highly regarded maker of leather seating materials and upholstery.

Have fun!

I am guessing that you are a 99-04 but I am not sure. I would look into Mach, Bullitt or Cobra seats. They are much nicer than the GT and sixxer seats. They are more comfortable and also provide more support in the corners.

I agree. When I ride in my cousin's Bullitt the comparison isn't even there. Bullitt, Mach, and Cobra seats are so much more comfy (soft and they have a "hugging feel" to them). Or you can buy some aftermarket seats. Sparco makes some sweet seats. Expensive, but sweet. There are other aftermarket seats tha are cheaper, but look great. My old 99 GT had aftermarket seats that were durable as hell leather wise and ran about $225 a pop I believe, but if you buy the bullitt/mach/cobra seats they'll prob run more than that.

i was planning on have the seats reupolstered and have them add more support in the sides to give you that snug feeling and how much do cobra/mach 1 seats run if you were to buy them and it is an 04
