with a car cover the more money you spend the better it will be..... better material that won't scratch and scuff the clear coat from wind. a car cover will in fact mess a paint job up!! where to findem..... i'd try summit or year one.

California car cover. They make some great weather resistant ones, the NOAH one saw me through a wyoming winter with -20* temps, constant wind and lots of snow.

Get a beater car. Pick up some car for like $1000 and drive that to school. Leave your stang at home in the garage.

Then get it dinged and dented. Parking at a school like that will not do anything good for the car. People will not respect it. Some jealous people could even vandalize it if they know it is yours.

I put my car in the garage everyday/night and don't drive it except for enjoyment.

The cars are meant to be driven. Mine lives outside, it won't fit in the garage. I keep it clean, have no problems with vandalism, even while I drove it to high school. Perhaps you need to change your perception, recommending someone gets a beater car, which will require who knows what work, not to mention gas and insurance over getting a quality car cover for $200 and being done with the deal.

I don't trust people near my car. I see too many idiots doing stupid **** to peoples cars. I don't leave my car in parking lots for more than a little while without me near it. It isn't an amazing car, but I want to keep it in the shape it is.
