stick your arm into the door and toward the window motor, after the bolts are out its not gunna fall immeadiately, so just wiggle it till it does. make sure you disconnect the wires comming from it in a place where you can reattach them without too much difficulty

The only bolts I can see are the 3 bolts that hold the cover on the window motor. They don't appear to be mounting bolts and as such they aren't securing the motor to the door, but I think the rivets are. I'd appreciate less ambiguous replies.

I had to do this last summer and it is actually easier then it sounds. you DO NOT have to touch the rivets. After removing the speaker, the three bolts you see are not for the cover, but are holding the motor to the door. After removing the three bolts, the motor will come right out and you can pull it out through the speaker hole. It is very simple. just make sure that the window is fully up.
