Default To have headers or not to have headers...

Ok, Ive heard 2 stories....Id like a general consensus on this. Im sure headers make more power but.... I was told that money to power ratio wasnt great unless I go forced induction. All I have is basic bolt ons, as you can read by my signature. If I add headers will I really notice much with my current setup? Im told both sides "What no headers?? youll get 20+ hp easilly with what you got now!!" or "dont go headers unless you get forced induction, the gain wont be that significant"

Id just like some opinions. Thanks guys.

Are you planning on going LT's or shorty's? Are you going to install them yourself or pay someone to do it. You'll save quit a bit if you can do it yourself, if your paying someone I'd think twice because of the price you run into. Either one you choose, you probably won't see 20HP out of them. Also, if you go LT's you'll need to get a new mid pipe made for them.

**** it, i'd get the long tubes. Makes a more rumbly sound and it does add hp. With a bullit too, cai and full exhaust with that nice intake manifold. You will be able to tell a difference for sure. Throw some 4.10's on there too=)
