Default Vinyl Cleaning ???

Do any of you know the best way to get ink stains (from a pen)out of the vinyl seat covering? This last weekend Ihad to pick up a drunk female who was assaulted, she passed out in the back seat with ink all over her arm, and the ink rubbed off on the vinyl. I already tried using a vinyl cleaner and it didn't work too well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try Xenit cleaner from Stoner (they make the invisible glass cleaner). It suppose to remove permanent pen markings, along with other gunk off of interior fabrics and vinyl. Good luck.

Did you google it?

I thought alcohol dissolves writing ink... I'd even try kerosene on a test piece of vinyl. But honestly, when I don't know, I google and ALWAYS find an appropriate answer.

Try the Mr. Clean magic eraser. I have successfully used it several times and you can pick it up at the grocery store or CVS.

Use a white towel with rubbing alcohol on it and then just blot the area, you don't want to rub it back and forth because it can spread the stain.
