99 gt wont start?
look it was raining hard, i was on the road had to make a left turn. A river was flowing thru it i was going about 5 miles an hour , went thrugh it and stalled, water was bumper high.Had car towed to the house, and still wont start just makes clicking noise, will not turn over!!!! Belt turns about 1/4 inch and stops. when i turn key thedashboard lightsand gauges turn off....any suggestions as to what to try to fix!! battery seems like it works cuz lights and gauges come on at least til i turn the key....help please!!
