Default 351 build questions

Hey guys, I have a 79 351w and was wondering if you guys could recommend a good street build for it. I'm new to the whole gear head thing and dont know much about rebuilding engines and whats going to be the biggest bang for my buck. As most of us want something for as cost effective as possible. Currently I am thinking of boring it .40 over and putting a mild cam with hydrolic lifters in it. but thats about as far as i have gotten. any suggestions?

+1 as well

Though I'd opt for the hydraulic roller cam setup, lot less trouble and it'll make more power.

you will also need rocker arms, crane energizers are good and cheap, as the heads on yours have pedestal mounts, and the edelbrock heads(all the aftermarket heads) use stud mount
