Default '91 strut lowering problem! Please help!

'91 GT lowereda couple of years ago with 1-1 1/2" lowering springs front and spring compressors rear. Car sat exactly how I wanted. Replace shocks and struts with Gabriel blue gas and now the front hasshot up in the air! What!!!??? I couldn't figure anything else soI notched or elongated the strut bolt holes so the strut sitsor bolts on 1/2" lower than normal and that made no difference. Please tell me how to get these struts from hell to stop jacking up the front of my car. Thanks guys [:@] [:@]
