hood scoop - saleen mustang 1999?

Hi all,
I am new to this forums.I bought a laser red mustang gt 1999 with saleen body kit on it.
hood scoop is missing on it.May i know where can i find the hood scoop for cheap and also on some part of the front bumper ,the paint is ripping off.Wherecan i get cheap touch up of laser red paint on my bumper?
As you all areproud mustang owners,please give meadvice on this.

Seems to me LR is a hard color to match via touch-up. I think it is a Saleen color, but not sure, so someone else can chime in and let you know.

As to hood scoop, was it removed? Is therea need for touch-up paint on hood as well? I have an '02 and replaced the entire hood as my vision was obstructed by that darn scoop [:@]. I picked up a CF Saleen style heat-extractor hood on eBay for $700.00 and looks great, but needed some work on hood latch and some pins to help hold it down on corners. It also needs new screen in vent holes as it is ugly. I had to re-drill the mounting holes too, cuz they were totally off center. It was molded crooked, so had to get fender work done and totally repaint the car so it would look good. The right side is warped some so have to let air out passenger front tire to level my ride. I can't go over 45 MPH either b/c it shakes soo bad I am afraid it will fly off on the freeway.....

What the hell am I talkin' 'bout......? it is a piece of crap!

No, Lazer Red is a standard Ford color (it's the dark maroon red)

Regarding the hood scoop....I don't know that all 99 Saleen'shad a hood scoop. If you're totally happy with the hood, you may want to switch over to a carbon fiber SC hood like Jazzer's (minus the problems) or an Extreme carbon fiber hood.

No hood scoop on 99 & 00 Saleens, even SC cars. The Saleen heat extractor hood was optional though...
