im not a genius with electronics.. so i need some help.. i have aftermarker speakers/cd player/subs.. actually just like a couple months ago the bf and i pulled out all the carpet/seats/dash and rewired the whole fkin car.. i get in my car the other day and the sub starts making a crazy noise so i turned it off and back on and it sounded fine but the next day i noticed that only my front right speaker worked.. (no idea if its related, just a real funny coincidence)

i checked out my back speakers and one had a lose wire, so its fixed.. but the front/back left side dont work.. ive taken them out, switched sides, they work.. i cant find a blown fuse anywhere.. any suggestions before i go all hog wild ripping the car apart?

Are the front and back speakers connected straight to the radio or are they amplified? Let me know if I am wrong but it sounds like your unit has a sub output (RCA jacks) and you have them going to an amp then to the sub. The front and rear speakers are connected to the HI output on the radio. If this is so and you moved the speakers over to the other side and they are good then it sounds like 2 channels went out on the radio. It has an internal amp in it. What you can do to test the wire to the left rear speaker is find the + - wires for the left rear and touch them to a 9 v battery. You will hear a scratchy noise. If you hear it then the wires from the radio to the speaker are good and the headunit is toast.... You could always series wire the 2 fronts and the 2 rears together. This will put you in 2 channell mode instead of 4. This way you won't have to trash the head unit.
