Default Aftermarket Intake Problem

Ok so Im going to apologize now for all the different topics I have been making about my problem, but I think I have narrowed it down finally to the source. I was all set to take my car into ford, due to the car idling in really low RPMs and actually shutting off 5 different times on the road as I was breaking or coasting, so yesterday i took off my aftermarket CAI (C&L) and retuned it back to stock(it was at 93 extreme tune by evolution) So today I thought I would take it out and see what happens, but alas....it seems to be running fine now. So it seems to be it has something to do with either the tune or the intake itself. Also, when I was driving with the tune and intake on, it threw 2 codes, one being something to do with the MAF and the other an oxygen sensor, but since driving with it stock now...everything seems fine. any advice?

Did you buy the C&L and the tunes at the same time from the same vendor? Sounds like your 93 tune isn't made for the C&L.

sounds like a tune problem. contact evolution and confirm that the tune is for the appropriate intake as mac mentioned.

Were you using 93 octane fuel? Still sounds like a problem with the tune. I would haveEvolution check itsince you're close.

Sounds like taking it to Ford now is a waist of time and Money. Take it to Evolution now that you know it is the CAI or Tune

I have a VMP tune, and mine idles at 800 rpm. I'm not for sure, but I think the idle rpm is adjustable via the xcal tuner.
