Fog lamp mounting
 

I am trying to mount gt fog lamps into my 96 mustang v6 and I have a couple questions. Where exactly are the wires hidden under the hood to hook them up? I've found the wiring for the switch in the console and have hooked it up and it works.
The second question is, what website is it I can get the mounting hardware from? I found it for $20 on a site once but I cant remember what it is.
