Did you fill it yourself or let the Gas station attendant do it?

I've squeezed in about 15.5 gallons at times. The only way to make sure it's really full is to let the gas spill out when it's topped off.

My low fuel light comes on with about 2 gallons left. I believe that the light is supposed to go from amber to red when you're really low.

I average about 325-360 miles on a tank, mostly highway miles.

I don't have the info center, so I go by the light. I'm guessing that the computer is thinking that when the low fuel light is supposed to come on the tank is empty. 14 gallons sounds about right for that.

I've gotten my info center down to zero "0" miles once and at 14.9 gallons, but it didn't run out of gas. From my observations, there are 16 gallons, but there's a reserve of 1 gallon so the DTE is calculated based on the 15 gallons and not the 16so even if it says zero miles, there's still another 17 to 25 miles that you can still drive.

My GT's mileage ranges between 330 to 360 per tank. However, after my recent fillup, my total was 374 miles at an average of 25.138 MPG.
About 60% of it was highway driving. My best total so far.

I am not sure of your driving habits, but if you are trying to make people hear you a mile away at every stop and go, that will eat away at your tank. Your stang is automatic, so you lose a couple of miles per gallon right off the back. I am not sure how accurate this is, but I was once told that if you can keep the car at or under 2k you will save fuel.

If you have the info center I don't think you have the light and vice versa.

The tank is 15.5 or 16 gallons and the light or info center will notify you as close to empty when you have one or two gallons left.

Driving highway I can believe 320-330mpg, If you have the info center, post your average MPH along with your MPG.

My average MPH is between 32-34 which I found typcially means 17.5-18.2 mpg.

If your lights are on with the info center, your gas gauge turns red when you get under 10 DTE.
