wow dude, that 60' is KILLING you, you should be running high 9's at MOST with traction, however things deteriorate over time, so that may have something to do with it
but yea, good job, was it your first run, if so, thats completely understandable, go back and drop that 60' and youll be doing much better
My first time at the track my 60' times were anywhere in the 2.4 to 2.7 range. It takes a little practice. Also what was the temp and the altitude of the track?
yea that was my first time at the track. but that the best run i had out of 5 lol. I have an AUTO... my tires never spun... so i guess it just slow or somthing is wrong with my car
You also probably have really long 2.73 gears.....how fast does first gear run up to before it shifts? Were you still in second when you passed the finish line?
If your tired arnt spinning and your running 2.5 60's you should luanch harder. Stand on the break and rev the engine up and then pop out the brake & floor it on the 3rd amber. Keep practicing untill you can luanch it as hard as you can with out spinning. You should get it down to 2.3 or 2.2.

my car, 100% stock ran a 15.1 in the summer. don't remember the temp. not sure what a 15.1 equates to in the 1/8 but i'm sure my 1/8 was faster then a 10.5
