It all depends on what handheld you have unless you are goin to buy qwhatever the tuner supplies? I would answer this ? first and then find a tuner, but are you North or south? There are 2 or 3 places in NY/L.I. area! Also I think American Muscle is in PA. I went to SCT's website and looked at their map of dealers to find one close to me, but I'm in upstate NY.
