2nd Gear Whine

my 06 GT auto has been making a whine/almost whistle in 2nd gear. It only does this during hard acceleration.

Anyone else have or have had this problem?

I wouldn't think this is "normal operation" what do you guys think

I'ts common. Not sure what it is. My car did it before the s/c was installed.

Just enjoy the sound.

My car does it too. Ford dealer here in town saysit is normal. I asked them if any of the cars their tech's drive had a second gear whine and of course the answer was no. They still refused to do anything with it

My roomate's GT makes a kind of whistle or swooshing noise which exists in all gears when he's going WOT. Been there since he got the car before he modded it.
