Im running that set up. I did need a tune bc my O2 sensormade mycheck engine light come on. I didnt do the install, I had a local shop do it. It went smooth in the most part, there werent any problems. I def did notice power gain once with the headers and the xpipe were on.

Oh yeah it has a deeper and louder sound to it. It def woke my flowmasters up. I am going to change the flowmasters to either slp or boomtubes just because i want an even louder sound. It should sound even better(from what i read)bc I am running cats so it should tone down the sickness sound the slp give out.

No the guys at the shop knew what they were doing. I dont recall if i had the headers when i took my car for my year check up....ummm let me think. Dam I can't remember. Im due to go back soon so I guess i could let you know then..

lol.. i forgot all about taking mine in for its year check up.. Had the letter and everything.. Letter got misplaced and welp, the rest is history.. But yeah, keep us updated..

Just to update everyone I have the headers and x pipe installed. It has a deeper sounding Idle. I have not really opened it up yet it was on the 4th of July when I did the install. I can say that it gained some down low. The car has the sound I wanted.
Some issues I had:
The install took about 6 hours. I did about 99% by myself a good helper and this would take about 3-4 hours at most. I also had to make a trip to the auto parts store.
One header bolt included on each side would not fit because of the pipe routing. Had other header bolts from another install.
The instruction said you may have to remove the motor mounts. I am not sure you could do it with out removing the mounts. Removing the mount gave you allot more room. I used a phone book on my jack under the oil pan.
I was not able to remove all of the studs that was used on the old manifolds. This actually made it easier to line up the headers and gaskets. This is an issue brought up on here before.
I could not get the O2 sensor out of the exhaust manifold. This added 44 dollars to the install.
Things that helped:
Air tools, lots of extensions and swivels.
I hope this helps. I was worried about this, but it was not so bad.

I have my car in the shop right now adding most of the mods below including the headers and x pipe. I am hoping all is going well havent heard from them since I dropped it off. I am only hoping it runs good and sounds really throaty but seeing as I have it all happenings at once god only knows what I am going to end up with.
