I really don't understand it. If the Govt pays for their food, their bills, and even some their housing. Why the hell should they get money back when they barely put any in?
I am going with this from my watching my aunt live for years on welfare. She hasn't worked long enough with her job for unemployment. I find it a disgrace because she is able to work currently.
Anyone think Welfares should not get a single penny back from the Govt? I work 1 job, my dad works 2 so we can pay our bills. We need that money, she doesn't work and pays very little for her things. She will spend that money on luxuries.

My grandma says she remebers back when they made people on welfare help clean up around the city like once a week or something. They should make them do something.
How 'bout they all just get jobs? I would love to be president, I would turn this country around in a heart beat. (If everything was passed)

i tell you what...i had no hard feelings about welfare cuz my mom was on it while my brother and i were little right after my rents got divorced...she was on so she could go to college...then guess what? she got a GOOD job...idk if it's just the times, or what but there aren't a lot of people on welfare that actually WANT to work...i worked for a property management company last year - mainly in charge of richy neighborhoods, but there were also several places in the "ghetto" lol....EVERY damn person livin in those places would be sittin around smokin their weed, drinkin their 40s and had about 5 kids each, while drivin Lincolns, Caddys, etc......RIDICULOUS...and we're paying their rent and their food stamps bought their beer and groceries that they pry traded for all the drugs bein used there - not to mention the shootings and stabbings...

It's an election year guys. The pols are buying votes. They don't accomplish squat of note for a few years and then election time rolls out and they fire up the printing presses to give money to those who do not deserve it.
What frosts my ass even more than the section 8/welfare bums getting the money is that if your income is above a certain level you don't get diddly. The people that pay the most taxes get no relief. That is fundamentally unfair.
Speaking of the stimulus checks, I haven't been stimulated yet. Wonder where it is?

he should be more popular...pry one of very few politicians that doesn't have his head up his pooper...some of his ideas are kind of extreme, but i'm sure he's a compromising guy, so if someone like him were to be elected, maybe some stuff could get straightened out...come on now the "greatest document in american history" was a compromise....there has to be somewhere in between "1600 England" and "hippie free love"
