I tore apart my 96 mustang and took the heads to get port and polished also the guy is giong to to a valve job.... Anyways i was wondering how much power will this get me. Hopefully after this i can get a supercharger setup.

The guy doing the work said that since its not the split port heads i didnt need to do the intakes. Plus i got a really good deal hes doing it for 350 bucks.

Well, unfortunately, the guy is WRONG. It's best to get the intakes port matched to the heads so the intake and heads have the same flow. If the intakes have smaller runners (ports), and the heads have bigger ports, you are still getting the same flow as the intake so the head porting doesn't do jack ****.
Also if your going to get all that done, get a bigger TB to match your new work. Without a matching TB your not going to get the air in that the new parts can take.
I was going to do the intakes after i got the supercharger. Cause i was going with one off of a s/c tbird. From what i here i will need the lower intake off the tbird.

And you would beWRONG as well.
Trust me, porting the heads can result in very significant gains even without porting the intakes.
There are a LOT of variables in play, and it's not as simple as "if you don't port the intakes, porting the heads won't help."
