RE: help plzzzzz
The engine has probably spun a bearing!
This is just about the most severe and expensive thing that can happen to a car's engine.A total rebuild or replacement is the only remedy.Run away from this one unles you can get the car for next to nothing. There are lots of companies that sell everything from bare blocks to complete engines and prices vary widely. Here's a link to a replacement engine site. http://www.dssracing.com/modular%20engines.htm This is not an endorsement. Buying a car in this condition is a real gamble, anyone who runs a car out of oil couldn't have kept up on the other maintenance either. The car could be full of undiscovered problems. Again, leave this one alone. |

Yeah, unless she is practically giving it away, then you might wat to pass on that one.

I know it seems tempting, and that you can fix it easily, I have been there. I was told to leave it alone and for sure I did. The right car will come soon enough. How old was this women?

RE: help plzzzzz
I would run from that one. I almost bought an used 07 vert once and I showed up at the dealership ready to buy, turns out they left the top down all night in the rain, everything soaked, cupholders had about 2 inches of water in them. Even though the price was right I had to pass, and eventually I found an even better car and deal, so it will work out for you too. I guess a used car no matter the condition is a gamble anyway, but it sounds like you should leave that one alone.
