So after over 5 months of finding the one I wanted, I finally ordered one from Texas and bought it yesterday.
Too bad it was from Carmax where the prices are fixed but I still love it. It's an 04 black/black GT with leather, 5 speed with 26,800 miles when I it. It's my first car and i'm loving it, of course I took off the free advertising right away once I got home. Here are some pics taken right before I drove it away.... They recently had to repaint the drivers door so I can't wash or wax it for a while, it kills me to have to drive it without any protection over the paint but i'm sure it'll be alright. I'm like so stoked, sometimes I go downstairs to my garage just to look at it LOL. I still can't believe I own a mustang hahah
I ordered GT floormats and a shorty antenna a week ago and it just came today so I just had them installed.
So I intend to be very active in this forum as I learn more about my car and just cars in general. I plan on droping in some upgrades namely gears first, as soon as I can find a good garage somewhere around here (Santa Monica, CA)
When I open my trunk, I noticed that only the right corner of my 3rd brakelight lights up, as well as only the right license plate light. Can someone tell me if this is normal? Because if it's not then I want to bring it back to carmax and get it fixed within my 30 day included warranty.
I have an 01 Cobra, and my right center brakelight appears to light up with my trunk also. It is the light inside the trunk shining through the lens (on mine at least).
