I have used the search button and read alot about the differences but what I dont understand is why you would get the street ones vs the race ones if they cost the same and the race LCas will deliver better performance. One would only assume the race LCAs are stronger as well. Its gonna be going on a daily driver 06 GT that will see the track a few times a month for sure, and definetly is driven aggressively daily so Im just wondering why not get the race ones??? I dont understand exactly what makes them so bad for a daily driver can somone fill me in on this because im not understanding the cons of the race LCAs from past threads??? Trying to decide over here. Thanks
alright i dont understand that How do they make noise??? How do the LCA make noise I mean their fixed steel arms/tubes/bars w/e you want to call them and what kind of noise are we tlakign about here because for some reason I just cant see them making noise the way they work???

I allready explained that but I'll try again.
Simply put, with all steel bushings there is less padding between the wheel and the chassis making simple road bumps more pronounced and a "stiffer" ride. Stiffer=louder and less comfortable but makes the car handle better because there is less flex.

The rule of thumb is: Track only car - rod/rod Track/Street car - rod/poly Street only - poly/poly
Note that the stock control arms have fairly soft rubber bushings (they isolate noise well). Poly bushings are MUCH firmer. Rod are even firmer. If you are a street car you don't need rod/rod.
